Two years after suffering a stroke, Nam June Paik was invited to attend a state dinner at the Clinton White House in June 1998. A trickster and prominent purveyor of the avant-garde, Paik incorporated humor and spontaneity in performances and artworks that joined multiple artistic forms.
Due to the stroke two years prior, Paik was often confined to a wheelchair in public. However, when it came time to greet the president, Paik got up to use his walker as he proceeded through the line.
Scandal is no stranger to politics, and it was an especially frequent visitor to the Clinton house. At the time, the media coverage of the "Monica Lewinsky scandal" was at peak fervor. What happened next was a wonderful union of media, art and politics thanks to Mr. Paik.

Option A: Seating area then Coffee Bar.

Option A, seating first offers more window space/natural light to the customer; however if there is a long line/queue then the congestion could spill out into the seating area, making the seated customers uncomfortable--but also creating a higher seat turnover rate.
Option B, coffee bar first encourages the line/queue outdoors, providing free advertising for the coffee shop: i.e. "this coffee is good", but moves the customers away from the natural light and more comfortable dine-in experience.
In the end, I think it depends on the location of the shop. Is there another coffee shop in the area? If so, maybe offer the opposite layout that they offer. If it's mostly a rush-hour/lunch urban clientele, then maybe Option B up-front is good. But if it's a bad weather type town, then maybe Option A is better so more customers can queue up under shelter.
Personally I prefer Option A though. More time to peruse the menu and people-watch as you make your way to the order station.

i like this reminder. currently i'm trying to reconcile number 1 with two, three, four and five. might not be feasible for everyone. so, i guess i'm sticking with number one until further notice is what i'm trying to say. thanjs max

the "importing voters" narrative is too simplistic imo. it ignores the economic realities of aging demographics and over-production of the managerial class. everyone wants a desk job, thus there's not enough excess capital to pay native borns to clean the toilets, sweep the trash, and do the grunt parts of the construction work. importing low-wage laborers makes the working class compete for lower pay. that's the crux of the plan. any votes they may get are a bonus to the managerial class, who tend to vote blue.
