The point is that both boys and girls can bully and experience bullying, but it manifests in different ways.
I used to have collective and individual conversations about bullying and would adapt them accordingly. Those who are bullied need the primary help to move on, not get stuck in a cycle of being bullied, and not let it damage their lives (most instances); and the bullies need to know why they can't continue and what the sanctions will be now and going forward.
Otherwise it's just firefighting each time there's an incident.
And the path of least resistance tends to removing the victim rather than confronting the bully. And we always get more of the behaviour we reward.

I used to make them apologise to cleaners/dinner ladies etc in person.
But so many teachers treat cleaners/dinner ladies etc just as badly.

Willing to bet that many teachers had previously been encouraged to move on over this as it escalated because they weren't *managing the behaviour in a positive way.* Also willing to bet that nobody stood up for teachers when they first raised it.
This has been a long time coming.

But that's the beauty of the modern world.
Nobody has to be remotely competent in public services. All they need to do is spaff money on DIE schemes (because they increase bureaucracy ad infinitem), let infrastructure go to pot (because maintenance is expensive and not at all vote-winning sexy) and then blame any problems on climate crisis/systemic whatever/institutional whateverism (insert as needed) and make sure that anyone who complains is discredited as a bigot/far-right/whatever-ist/phobe.
Solving a problem through competence and efficiency is probably so heteronormative and colonialist.
Until reality can no longer be ignored (even by the zealots who think reality can be wished away by concentrating on the glittery splendour in their heads) nothing will change. We just have to pray that there will still be engineers around after the disappearance of the intersectional aggrievement wokelets.

I've noticed that we seem to spend a lot of time treating children like adults (votes for 16 year olds, choosing an *identity* etc etc) and then spend time treating adults like children (hate speech laws, safetyism, fact checkers etc).
I often wonder why.

There will come a tipping point for many liberal types when they can no longer afford the entry fee to the virtue club game and either leave voluntarily or are disposed of in a purity spiral.
Not everyone can be the most liberal of the most liberals and you have to be in it to win it.

The NHS *requires* DIE because it creates bureaucracies to employ the managers produced by elite overproduction. Their job will never be done because they would lose their jobs, so the goalposts must constantly shift to expand their power base.
The *diversity* it seeks is a veneer and is code for people who look different but adhere to the same political ideology. The photo ops look great. It's what I call the Pokémon effect - gotta catch 'em all. Once we understand that the words Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity don't mean what we think they mean, it all makes sense.

It's a self-reinforcing organisation of the *educated* class who couldn't get jobs in the real world. A bit like academe.

Why do these *charities* receive taxpayer money?
Can't the luvvies fund them themselves and write it off as a tax dodge?
