Here’s something I’ve been marinating on..

I believe, at the heart of a human consciousness, is the innate desire to care for others - other humans, animals, plants. And our conscious has become bastardized and
minds brainwashed to not feel, lacking empathy. We need the healers and wise women of the world to help people reconnect on a deeper, communal-epiphany level. But you know what else? Back to the basics. Spend time in nature, drink good water and eat nourishing foods, move your body in ways that feel supportive, rest and reset your body, mind, spirit (and eyeballs 👀 from the screens) on the daily. And 5 hugs a day! (As per @LMK 💜)
