Its fixed now, you can check your nostree page. We rebroadcast the last update of your profile manually. Did you do something in your end?

Digging into the metadata of your profile you can see that There is a conflict, you have your image defined in two tags, one with the tag 'picture' with your new profile image, and another tag 'image' with your old profile photo, this is deprecated, and can produce these unexpected behaviors. The most advisable thing is that you refine the metadata of your profile to only have one profile image tag, the standard is 'picture'.
