If someone is trying to intimidate multiple Nostr devs with legal action into an attempt at censoring, and they make the mistake of revealing their irl identity, then get "doxxed", it's hard for me to feel much sympathy...

But thinking trusting others would be stupid, seems pretty stupid. People who trust noone are only able to live quiet poor lives...

Grinder revealed his name to jb55. jb55 doxxed him to the protocol.
When doxxing is not a threat to censorship resistance of a community, I really do not know what is.

also, you can backdate posts (primal accepts a year or two), so it's even easier on nostr than on traditional social media
I think it more has to do with two parties knowing the nsec now instead of one. That npub is no longer secure nor exclusive. You cant ever be sure the other party deleted the key after they sold you it.
