Good question.
BitBox uses your dice-generated seed directly, it isn’t mixed with the device’s own RNG. The Diceware setup is done through “Restore from recovery words.” The dice determine the first 23 words, and BitBox only provides valid checksum options for the 24th. So yes, poor or biased dice rolls can weaken the seed. The five-source entropy mix applies only to normal wallet generation.
