Perhaps you have heard of or seen something like this. Probably a couple of year ago I had a small black fly land on my arm. While I was thinking about whacking it or just shake it off, I noticed it was turning something that looked like a stinger from front-facing down to my skin with to intention to drill into it. (my perception). I gave it a quick shake and it disappeared. Do such flies exist or was it a 'fata morgana'?

All good and well, but the electricity businesses make lots of money and give most of it to shareholders. If there is a need for further investment, that should be priority over dividends.
They still expect the Govt to hand them the money so they can have a toast on it in the board room.

@nprofile1q... You forgot to mention that he ban is going to create a whole generation that will become creative in breaking the law, or at least circumventing the law. This will lower the barriers for other areas they think they should be able to do. As a result, the Govt is creating a more disobedient population with a lower threshold for criminal offending. That is on top of a fairly significant part of the population that has already arrived at that point.

The only 'compromise' that will work is providing Ukraine with large quantities of heavy duty precision missiles that can be used all over Russia, in particular Moscow. Time for being nice to the civilian population in Moscow is over. They support the war and back Putin, because the war hardly effects them. Let them feel it every night. That will be stirring some resistance from those that can make an impact: The Muscovites.
