Perhaps you have heard of or seen something like this. Probably a couple of year ago I had a small black fly land on my arm. While I was thinking about whacking it or just shake it off, I noticed it was turning something that looked like a stinger from front-facing down to my skin with to intention to drill into it. (my perception). I gave it a quick shake and it disappeared. Do such flies exist or was it a 'fata morgana'?

@nprofile1q... You forgot to mention that he ban is going to create a whole generation that will become creative in breaking the law, or at least circumventing the law. This will lower the barriers for other areas they think they should be able to do. As a result, the Govt is creating a more disobedient population with a lower threshold for criminal offending. That is on top of a fairly significant part of the population that has already arrived at that point.
