I see you are on 1.5.0, probably it's the certificate issue. It's expected, from v1.6.0 I had to change the certificate, so you need to uninstall and reinstall. Do a logout first, so you are sure everything is in sync (you would receive an alert otherwise).

I do use cli of course but i like the preview idea. Running the cli 10 times with different crf settings to find the right visual quality/size can be annoying
