I recently had a chat with generative AI about decluttering. It helped me hone in on why I held onto certain things and then reframed my mindset with a few rules to determine keep or toss. In one weekend cleaned out the house, donated, and tossed stuff. I don’t miss a thing and move with peace and ease. Less is more.
