Perhaps the outgoing Biden administration would have better allocated its resources on getting this done instead of, for example, committing to provacative actions that heighten tensions with Russia. Partisan rhetoric like this just highlights the political baton passing problem. Why has net neutrality not been codified by Congress during the last four years? Answer: Because it was never going to be done but now we get to blame it on red team.

Doesn't sound unusual to me. It sounds dumb, but it'll most likely be a case of that 2 month old transaction getting detected by your node's wallet.
So most important is don't freak out. If it's not there after a day or two after a simple restart, that's a bit more weird, but it'd still not be completely weird, and can happen. That's a pain, but in that case, I'd ask technical ninjas to drop wisdom on LND Slack, or somewhere like that. They love it.
