~30 years of Free Software. Independent peaks (Frei0r, Tomb, Zenroom, Dynebolic) connected by shared values and open standards. Woven together by people, not a brand.

We won't be able to keep Dyne's developers on the payroll beyond Q1 2027. The open-source world is consumed by political fights and propaganda; funds are draining away from constructive projects. We need the community now more than ever.

Dyne.org's very own @Jaromil, together with the Plan-B Foundation (Lugano, CH) are introducing: Bitcoin Roots.

Bitcoin Roots is a #BitcoinCore based full node that preserves selected conservative policy and operator controls from #BitcoinKnots.

It follows Bitcoin Core-compatible consensus and does _not_ enforce RDTS/BIP-110.

On the contrary. When I do look around contemplating I see life happening before me instant by instant. There are birds singing, wind blowing and people missing their bus. It's only when I look at my phone and see al the things not in front of me that I start hating the world again
