@nprofile1q... I now pay a tiny bit more and go with a smaller company who provides full insurance coverage along with the rental. (Excluding if you drive drunk or excessive speed etc.)

What the hell is this. I've not bought a VoIP number for ages and almost every provider now seems to need Photo ID, a recent utility bill and, in some instances, company registration documents and an app / webcam proof of being a person check before you can buy a number. Wow. Mad.
