It clearly states "random OR anonymous chat".
Any app with a chat function and without named accounts (does login with email cover this?) can be considered anonymous.
It depends on how they interpret it, but we've seen bans on freedom tech before, so I think interested parties should be prepared accordingly.

I understand this includes Bitchat, oxchat, Keychat, but basically any Nostr app that has the messaging feature enabled.

I think that's the idea. Bots will answer, humans will fail. It's a reverse captcha.

Life pro tip: you don't have to turn off your VPN for anything. Just leave it on, always. On all devices.
Unfortunately, many sites completely block you out for using a VPN. It's an awful practice, but it happens.

1 of them went down today and won't come up. It was very odd that only 1 went down.
It turns out, it's the only one using Cloudflare.
I can't login to Cloudflare console.
I can't even login to my registrar to disable Cloudflare (dns config), because they also use Cloudflare!
My hands are tied on this. We all wait for Cloudflare to fix this, and I can't think of a way to fix this on my side.
This is peak centralization. Registrars using Cloudflare can bring the internet to a deadlock.
