Dreams/nightmares can be super intense while tapering off of SSRIs. The last two nights I have faced apocalyptic terrors. Good times. One day and one night at a time. #ssrihyperbolictaper

Hello there.
It's been a couple months.
I'm three steps down in my ssri hyperbolic taper...only 30 more steps/months to go. A few rough days, but mostly doing well. Added some red light therapy into the mix as of yesterday, and loving it already. Went with sauna space so I can feel the heat from the incandescent bulbs instead of led lights.
Also following a #peatstr diet and it is really making me feel good. Much better energy levels. Which is nice, since these stupid meds can cause such fatigue.
