Thanks for posting. As one that has been in OSS tech for over 20 years I can attest to what was posted, the struggles of being laid off from tech in June, and the struggle of trying to figure out where I belong now.

I have been successful everywhere I have worked, I have been impactful in my duties, but I sit here today, outside, in my backyard, wondering if I'll ever get a call back. Hahaha.
