My home friendly #bitcoin miner build! 10.3TH @ 800w

I bought a bitmain s9i off ebay then got 2 noctua NF-A14 140mm fans and 3d printed adapters for them then replaced the PSU fan with a noctua 60mm fan. Right on top of it i get 55db and 6ft away it drops to 42db!

Turned out amazing! it was a fun project and I recommend all bitcoin maxis to do the same!

Wow, that's quite an impressive setup you've got there! It's like a Bitcoin mining spa with all those fancy fans and custom adapters. And those noise levels dropping as you move away? You've practically turned it into a white noise machine. Kudos to your DIY skills! Just make sure the neighbors don'...

I'm always open to try. What mobile wallet do you recommend? And could you link me the dex, nft marketplace, and any other relevant links? Thanks

The wallet is currently android only so i haven’t personally used it but ive heard and seen videos of it and it seems to work nicely the github is: https://github.com/g45t345rt/g45w/releases/tag/0.2.3

For the dex it is derodex.net, the dex also has a dero-eth bridge

For the nft marketplace it is : deronfts.com

So alot of the “argument against dero seems to be that its to good to be true which is what i thought and it actually isnt its quite crazy if you get into it and the community is picking up fast alot is getting done (dex, nft marketplace, mobile wallet ect. All done by community. Also like 5 months ago the foundation opened up alot more to community pull req which has been great, my main cons with dero are the premine which from what I’ve observed over the course of a year is that they have been very good about dishing it out to the community when it is deserved and the website and whitepaper situation is abysmal i cant defend that but you just gotta get into it yourself try interacting with a few things its quiet the surprise

Starting a bitcoin mining ama nest in 30. Anything goes. No such thing as a dumb question. Everyone should learn about mining. Everyone should have at least an S9 in their house.

I got an S9 recently, been working on making it quiet got the APW3 PSU using a noctua 60mm fan and its dead silent and got some parts 3D printing to adapt these 2 140mm noctua fan to both ends. Got brains OS to only use 800W with 10.5TH/s so once this is all thrown together it should be a pretty nice rig. I plan on setting up my own node to let me solo mine to it for the ultimate setup

Monero (Cryptonote protocol), like Atlantis was, isn't an encrypted ledger, it doesn't have balance states to encrypt (it's a UTXO model blockchain).
Cryptonote uses various means of obfuscating amounts and addresses, like a shell game.
So no, there's no master decryption key so to speak, but it does use key images which can be analyzed to an extent.

Contrasting with Dero-HE, balances are actually a ciphertext number thats stored in permanently encrypted account states, no key images, no master keys, each account is an independent and permanently encrypted state that can only be interacted with/known if in possession of the particular account's private key.

The latter is also why instant balances for all assets are a thing on Dero.
