Yesterday, we celebrated more than just a graduation.. we celebrated a new generation of Bitcoin educators, builders, and advocates.

Over the past months, our students have dedicated themselves to learning Bitcoin, its technology, and its potential to create positive change. Their commitment has brought them to this important milestone.

This achievement would not have been possible without the educational framework and inspiration provided by @My First Bitcoin. We are grateful to be part of a movement that is making Bitcoin education accessible around the world.

On May 22, 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz made history by using 10,000 BTC to buy two pizzas 🍕🍕 , the first real-world transaction ever made with Bitcoin.

Back then, Bitcoin was just an experiment and very few people believed in it. But Laszlo’s purchase proved that Bitcoin could be used as real money in the real world.

Today, those 10,000 BTC would be worth millions, but the transaction was never a mistake. It became the foundation of Bitcoin adoption and is now celebrated globally as Bitcoin Pizza Day. 🍕₿
