Unfortunately, my PC stopped working altogether last night. Fortunately I had saved all of my school and Star Trek files in the last two weeks and had already bought a new PC last year. I set it up last night and all my regular Star Trek (screenshot) research programs still work. I can just go on as usual. Phew! 😊😊

The sequencer is a familiar tool seen in several #StarTrekTNG episodes like "The Mind's Eye"↖️, "Datalore"↗️ and "In Theory"↘️. It originates in "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock"↙️, however, and was then modified slightly for the re-use in the 24th century on #TNG.

We watched #StarTrekTNG's "The Bonding"⬆️ last night after watching #StarfleetAcademy's "300th Night". It's funny how different everyone pronounces "SoS jIH batlh SoH" ("Mother, I honor you" in gramatically incorrect Klingon). I wonder whose pronunciation came closest to the correct one? 😅

In #StarTrekTOS' "The Trouble With Tribbles", Korax calls Kirk a "Denebian slime devil". The species is never referenced again in any later #StarTrek episode (except for the re-used #TOS footage in #StarTrekDS9's "Trials and Tribble-ations"). Now, what exactly does it look like? Let's find out! 🧵 1/7

In #StarTrekVOY's "Real Life"⬅️, the Doctor held Belle's hand when she was dying. In #StarfleetAcademy's "The Life of the Stars"↗️➡️, he couldn't hold SAM's hand because he was still to traumatized from the loss of Belle. Later, he's seen holding young SAM's hand ↘️, showing his healing process.

The back wall created for the Enterprise-A transporter room in #StarTrek V: The Final Frontier"↖️ was later often re-used on #StarTrekTNG in the small (medical) lab set, as seen in "The Measure of a Man"↙️, "Evolution"↘️ and in the tactical lab in "The Mind's Eye"↗️.

Here are two LP covers, seen in Nahla Ake's collection in #StarfleetAcademy's "Come, Let's Away" (1st pic) and "Ko'Zeine" (2nd pic). I tried identifying the records using image search but was not successful. Does anyone know these albums?

The final food ever seen on #StarTrekTOS couldn't be further removed from the colourful food (apple/melon) cubes featured in earlier episodes: It's Zarabeth's home-made meat, served to Spock on a leather plate in "All Our Yesterdays". Poor Zar! 🙈

The final food that Kirk ever touches on #StarTrekTOS is this wonderful Sarpeidon prison gruel/stew, served from a bucket by this guy in "All Our Yesterdays". Lock at the chunk on the prion bars! :-) I guess with this as an alternative, Kirk wouldn't mind a few Tribble hairs in his chicken sandwich? ;-)

I had a running gag with one of my best friends where I'd hear some music, turn to him and ask "Bizet?" and he'd reply without even thinking "Berlioz." I'm ...

Pike's daily inspirational tubolift/corridor quote was really hard to read in #StarfleetAcademy's "Beta Test"⬇️. Thankfully, (most of) it can be read much better in "Vitus Reflux"⬆️. Pike spoke these words in the #StarTrekDiscovery season 2 episode "Project Daedalus" (2nd pic).
