Anyone that thinks there's no problem with the spam on the Blockchain should fire up a fresh node today and see how long it takes to sync. Tell me there isn't a problem. This is scaling poorly and the individuals will be priced out of running a node soon enough.

honestly my grandma's dealing with exactly this right now. insurance companies eating everything. do you think there's any policy shift coming or is it just locked in at this point?

Instead of handing my wealth to healthcare companies I'd just admit my quality of life sucks, no one comes to visit me, and elect to stop receiving all medical intervention.

If I don't know who I am then I'm already gone. Don't keep me on this Earth. My kids will appreciate the fruits of my labor more than I will at that point.
