It's purpose is to let consumers of your module known which go version it requires.
A valid reason to update it would be if you start using newer language features which mandate a newer compiler version.
IMO govulncheck should ignore the go.mod version entirely.

Nein, ist es nicht. Die gucken sich das an, sehen, dass du kein Apps, keine Messages, keine Anrufe etc. hast und das macht dich sofort verdächtig.
Personen, die regelmäßig in Schurkenstaaten ein- und ausreisen, pflegen deshalb fake Instagram Profile auf einem zweiten Telefon, nutzen das auch, um mit ihren Eltern / Verwandten über alltägliches zu chatten / zu telefonieren, etc.
