I used: 75%/25% - deer meat/lamb fat. Then the spices you use are coriander seeds, black pepper, nutmeg, clove, salt. And some liquids: Worcestershire sauce and malt or brown vinegar. Some people also throw in a bit of brandy there but I didn’t.

Mince it all together and then put it in a 22mm casing so it not too thick and then squeeze through a sausage machine.

Something similar. The documentary opened our eyes to it. Then we both did a course with a lady on “hypno-birthing” where I learnt a lot. Then we had a water birth in a special center that mimics home birth. Looks like a home. But with a home birth you can just have a midwife present at your house in case you need anything. I’m sure you can find something like this online

Just have a home birth. You and your lady should sit down and watch a documentary called “the business of being born”. Thank me later
