Nostr feels like an early frontier of the internet, a space still forming and finding its rhythm. When you're in the EU and the Americans are asleep, the platform can feel surprisingly quiet—almost lonely. The real-time exchanges that Nostr promises are muted because of the time difference, with fewer voices online and a sense that the network hasn't fully woken up yet. It's as if you're a pioneer in an evolving landscape, waiting for others to join in, only to realize that the global conversation takes time to sync up across time zones. This feeling of solitude is a reminder that Nostr is still in its early days, and the broader, global community hasn't yet fully connected.

not sure about that bud, most companies till this day, are still heavily utilizing email. i can tell from my own experience as well. it's not email only but rather a mix of signal, email, IM. but calling it dead is not true IMHO.
