you can just change the CAGR to something lower. wouldn’t that achieve the same thing?
Bitcoin doesn’t move linearly though, so maybe a way that anyone could play around and see if Bitcoin is 50 K in 2027 then shot to 200k in 2029, What would my returns look like throughout, to help understand what certain scenarios could look/feel like that don’t necessarily lead to liquidation
yes, the tool checks to see if you’d be ok if bitcoin went down 80% in a day…
the SmartLOC makes sure even in that scenario you’d be ok
Yes that is great but it could also be helpful to see what your return would look like after an extended draw down of 20-70% during any given year of the graph

Yo @jack mallers is there anyway that you could build in some volatility expectations into your live on Bitcoin tool, maybe some way to chart multiple negative years, although the overall cagr could still be high

since bip110 has nowhere near consensus it will result in a chain split when they activate
the main chain will have blocks mined significantly faster than the bip110 chain
if miners switch to bip110...
This is a man who wore a hazmat suit to Bitcoin 2021 and lost 200 bitcoin… he does not seem to have a firm grasp on threat models
