I tried to make sense of what they were saying until I found out how butthurt they get over eggs, honey, and milk. I won't pretend modern dairy practices don't have issues, but I've literally seen them argue about whether breastfeeding a baby is acceptable under vegan philosophy.

Fun fact about eggs. Chickens lay a shit ton of eggs whether you want them or not. If Vegans had their way, it would be necessary to slaughter every laying hen.

The idea that veganism is morally superior falls apart immediately on contact with agricuture and especially livestock breeds..
