I was a firefighter and we were doing periodic reviews of some preplans for a commercial shopping center and they were one of the shops I was assigned. I briefly chatted with the woman who owned the place and she passed a vibe check and verified that she carried a wide scope of sizes and designs for different shapes. I don’t think I’d have found the place otherwise.

My wife had a similar experience. It’s why I learned about the subject. She’d given up and resigned herself to it and that irritated me. I found her a proper shop and she walked out in an H cup. I learned a lot trying to figure it out.

That’s a challenge on measuring as well as fitting. I know almost nobody does this these days but the band is supposed to do most of the support and the straps are intended to stabilize. That’s why the adjustment fittings on the shoulder straps (which are often a bit of a joke) are so light and aren’t always that good at staying in place.

Not that the product lines seem to care about actual quality and effectiveness these days.

The fact that gore width isn’t part of the sizing and measurements proves what a mess the whole thing is. Quality fittings generally recommend specific bras because of this. The size and shape of the breast root is not covered at all by a tape measure standard measurement and almost no bra seriously accounts for the fact that larger breasts seldom are positioned with all the tissue forward on the rib cage. They just squeeze everything forward like a sausage and tell you to suck it up and deal.

The only YouTube with AI voice I have respect for is an Eastern European guy who does histories of eastern bloc cars. He says he uses the AI to read his script because it takes a long time to write them because he’s not that good at English but his reading and pronunciation are even worse. I respect that. But I’m also willing to read scripts for him if he’d just ask. But it’s my fault for not offering.

Any full-time undergraduate student over the age of 25 who hasn't been in the military and using their GI bill is unemployed for labour purposes. I stand firmly behind that statement. Nobody who has been functioning as an adult goes back to school unless there isn't a job worth seriously pursuing. And in today's world, I'd be shocked if a white man seriously thought spamming resumes was going to get him a job in 2026 America.
