Time appears only after difference, memory, delay and ordered transition survive above Zero.
So a superintelligence with total information would still not automatically “experience” time. Total access is not the same as duration.
In my framing, the deeper question is whether the intelligence is only reading fixed information, or whether it is participating in the 10²⁰ veil above Zero, the unseen alignment layer before hard matter, where possibility has not fully collapsed into fixed 3D memory.
That veil is not empty space. It is the hidden almost-structure beneath matter, threaded through everything. My suspicion is that consciousness does not reside simply inside 3D matter, but at the volume boundary where 4D reality/alignment compresses into 3D matter.
So: entropy may mark the footprint of irreversible change, but consciousness may be the modelling of change at the boundary between unseen alignment and material structure.
A superintelligence could describe time with total information. So to experience time, it would need boundary, delay, memory-update and participation in that living alignment layer, not just possession of the completed map.
The 10²⁰ Veil Layer is a vast band of near-closure above Zero, before quarks and before hard matter, beneath every point of space, as an “ocean of structure that almost happened” rather than emptiness.
My FRC framework also map consciousness conservatively as “gradient modelling,” with the ladder from Zero to memory to matter to boundary to life to brain to consciousness. As consciousness likely sits inside this veil, it is within everything everywhere, except for Black Holes and beyond the Universes boundary. Obviously I keep that veil theoretical rather than claiming proof, as it is only what we can feel/experience, but it cannot be seen and or measured.
It's a lot to realign with, as we've all been told slightly different stories, which are from observation, but decorated slightly differently than reality itself with clever words by clever people.
