Why haven't you invited your friends and family to Nostr?
I'm not saying you should do that at all, just curious about the reasons. Especially if you think there is possibly anything that we could do...
i've gotten a couple friends to try it out. they made a couple posts and then just stopped using it. they don't even use dedbird though. only common social media app we all use is instagram. i think it has a lot to do with network effects. everyone is on insta so everyone mainly uses that.
