I stopped seed oils completely and live in Costa Rica so quite strong sun. Obviously still burn if stoopid but annecdotally, I can spend a lot longer in the sun without burning now. Used to burn in half hour in height of summer but closer to 3 or 4 now

Anecdotally, I cook everything in fruit oil, live at mile high elevation, and it doesnt make a dn bit of difference. If I don't apply sunscreen like a sane citizen of earth, I burn.
