datum users mine on their own block templates, 95%+ of hashrate on OCEAN uses datum
the OCEAN default template was announced to signal for 110 prior to the split (flipping bit4). The confusion during the split was which chaintip that template chose to mine on. some thought it would have been signaling bit4 on the antpool chaintip since it became longer; OCEAN announced they got refunded a few days later
