I was going to say something about finding more diverse group of people to interview but then I realised this is 3 years old and it practically was only twitter users that had adopted nostr at the time.

I don't think that woman understands what a dictatorship is though, or ever looked at Chinese social media.
Xiǎohóngshū is a good alternative to Instagram and tiktok.
I prefer decentralised alternatives like Nostr over any platform, but xiǎohóngshū is far less censored than any western platform and far more diverse with a much larger user base than Nostr.
All the westerners who have been censored from tiktok moved there more than a year ago.

I really think we should be trying to onboard people from xiǎohóngshū, apart from the original Chinese users on there, everyone else is using as a less censored alternative to tiktok and Instagram. They got a million American users that signed up when tiktok was banned for a day, a large chunk o...
