For more advanced stuff & PoS devices, I'd recommend BTCPayServer ( 📍@UNCLE ROCKSTAR ). If you want to sell stuff via NOSTR (totally different topic, your original note is a bit confusing...) try @Plebeian Market or @bullishMarket or @ConduitMarket
