Are high-end refrigerators absurdly expensive, or are normal refrigerators too cheap and break?
White-goods are all trash, expect to replace it every 10 to 15 years. American made commercial grade is superior, but probably is less aesthetically pleasing, in particular, the fan and compressor noise. One can also purchase commercial grade washer and dryer.
