@nprofile1q... to be fair, that is a standard ploy that any dispatcher should recognize. Duress signalling mechanisms and associated camouflage techniques are features of many security systems. If you don't think AI can handle this, particularly when the call is directed to an emergency line as a clue, you have not thought this through and you probably haven't used AI much. Police are dispatched for abandoned 911 calls for this reason. Not advocating AI here, just noting.
