So, first I'll say, I've never breast fed, not given birth yet== not an expert.

Things I've seen/read//questions:
-breast milk can be very slow to come in. Is she getting even the tiniest drop? I've heard that newborns don't need much, just need a tiny amount often.
-is baby able to latch?
-Does mom have a breast pump? If so, are the flanges the right size for her nipples?

Also, I know there are sometimes still wet nurses... as well as colostrum donation banks. Possibly something/someone like that exists in your area?

And lastly, even though soy and seed oils aren't great, something is better than nothing I'd think. Maybe a local health food store has a decent brand?

Sending all my best to you all 💌
