5 ingredients. That's all. If the Romans could make bread on the warpath, and Canadians can make bread in the middle of the woods in winter (I have done so), you can, too. Unernriched (!) Flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar or honey. Add milk if you want a Japanese style milk bread. Breadmakers (we had one) often break and leak grease over time and the pan is Teflon coated inside. Get a silicon baking pan instead.
