It is impossible to find bread that isn’t pumped full of junk in supermarkets

Some nostrich should just start selling healthy bread. Flour, salt, water, yeast. Ships frozen to your door, thaw in fridge, douse with water, bake until warm and crusty.

Make it yourself? Homemade bread is my favorite.

Probably in your own oven after you bake it. I think there are regulations that require commercial breads to have those additives.

Find a bakery nostr:npub1lr2zzf989mvf393y0tv39ara6a4vddkd6y87z784up9vl6ks6j3qtudl6a and buy it fresh (it will go hard within 3-4 as it’s not pumped with chemicals) or buy a bread maker

Local home bakeries or just make it yourself. If you are too busy to make your own, I suggest that you are too busy to be living a healthy life.

The problem is the flour anyway. There isn't much clean flour on this planet ...

But a bread maker and feed it with flour, salt, yeast, a knob of butter and water.

One option is to get a Thermomix and bake yourself. We bought one in October and it’s helping me learn to cook more healthy.

5 ingredients. That's all. If the Romans could make bread on the warpath, and Canadians can make bread in the middle of the woods in winter (I have done so), you can, too. Unernriched (!) Flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar or honey. Add milk if you want a Japanese style milk bread. Breadmakers (w...

Bread greatly inhibits zinc absorption as far as I know. It's best not to eat it I'm a hypocrite though because some days I go crazy with the baguettes Fruit & honey >>>> grains

Maybe try a bakery. Also this issue only exists in USA. Every other country has rules about what can be put into bread without having to call it something else. American bread is considered cake outside of USA

Option 1. Bake it yourself if possible. Option 2. Portuguese papo seco (from a family bakery, not the supermarket)
