no camera has the dynamic range to capture anything but sunspots because the sun is so bright....you need to watch an eclipse -- cameras can capture some of it, but you really need to see it for yourself -- 2017 and 2024 photos I made -- this is nothing compared to the naked eye though, these are single exposures; you can come close with composites of dozens of different exposures though

that's what the filters used in the videos are for - they turn down the brightness so you can see the image more clearly dope photos, but what do they prove? my point is that the sun is not a flaming fireball like NASA depicts with their CGI images no actual photograph has actually captured this, ...

Sunspot activity / location doesn’t change much within hours or even days but does change in weeks and months reflecting the ~27 rotational period of the sun
