i started fasting once a week for 20-24hr, and it has changed my body and mind for the better.
also, not eating anything after 5pm has drastically helped my sleep schedule.

I used to do weekly fasts because they feel amazing. But I stopped a while back, because it messed with my hormones (and I became estrogen dominant πΆβπ«οΈ).
Please be aware of your cycle, and that fasting like a guy doesn't always work for women π ...our hormones are persnickety. The book 'Fast Like A Girl' by Dr. Mindy Pelz is great, if you're curious. She also has a YouTube channel with basically the same info, broken into short videos.
