"Derek's job to do" sounds like a cop out. Aren't you paid by @Soapbox x to do marketing? I'd think you'd be able to take over the sessions since you've been with them for more than 6 months and counting? 🤔

I push my marketing even harder than this to improve on what they can lead, and are entirely volunteers. I'd expect more out of @Soapbox sorry to say
