I've been thinking a lot lately about how blaming boomers, Jews, immigrants, blacks, ICE, or whoever is a way to absolve yourself from personal responsibility or any need to take useful action about it.
Look at the maga boomer stereotype, blame the immigrants if we get rid of the immigrants all will be fine. So they'll support any maga ICE bullshit to get rid of immigrants. Which saves them from looking in the mirror at a lifetime of their own decisions and actions and how that collectively shaped the world.
Don't fall into their trap. I'm sick of seeing more and more people around fall into dehumanizing others as the solution to all the worlds problems. It is getting lonely.
Or maybe I'm just annoyed that I'm going to miss hodl butter now that @Oshi (推し) has taken to blaming the Jews for oreos.
