In many ways, the information that it gathers from its interaction with your mouth or other parts (steady on there, girls!) is important in itself but also the fact that the Bluetooth being available will enable other items to connect via a low power mesh network. When it can talk to your toaster, car, next doors cat's neck cam or passing strangers, who knows what information might be extracted and passed on to those who mine the data?
