My source is that I have friends that work in building out data centers and use my brain and read stuff. I said you guys should ask ai to get the public evidence of the contracts that are extremely favorable for local govs and utilities. There is plenty of stuff out there. I never said anything jobs. Just shit ton on money.

I honestly don’t know how variable the load is so I’ll look into that. Was thinking they were more stable

Like I said before. If the data center builders gave a shit about the local community or environment they would all use closed loop cooling. Most new ones don't. That is one simple to understand case of unnecessary externalities to make construction cheaper. It is not the only one. I'm not opposed...
