That first para hits hard and true. Also like yourself, I've had to use logic and alot of introspection to work on my physical, mental and financial health (the later taking some time). I've felt like the flood gates are now opening, first for opportunities then time and then, to give back (at some point in the future).

My wife is the stark opposite, generosity, empathy and kindness just ooze out of her, but at the detriment of her mental health (mainly constant stress).

You say 'your shit figured out', Naval Ravikant says 'sort your house out first'. Until I realised this I was a headless chicken trying to satisfy others bit doing nothing.

Do you find it hard not to preach? As people need to find this out for themselves.
