I still think we're in the 40's. This is Fed oriented inflation, not Eurodollar inflation. If anything it's Fed inflation to counter Eurodollar deflation. WWII didn't involve the Eurodollar but it did involve money and resources outside the US being destroyed, leaving a gap between Treasury issuance...
