You can live in France, in Paris, or even in a small village.
And I don't see a problem with going into a pharmacy and buying what you need with cash.
I understand that we are different, it's just that I don't see any point in "running away from the state" to some tropical shithole in order to put up with far greater downsides than living outside the system in most European countries. That requires having a skill. ๐
