First of all, I'm older, have had decades of raises so a young person is most likely going to be the loser in the comparison. Either way, there's a loser and I don't want it to be me. The way I see it, it's none if their business. We all came to our employment with a deal and we were happy enough with the deal to stay. If you're unhappy, find a better deal.
