If you want a post workout meal, I would recommend rabbit meat. Healthy and you can grow your own high essential amino acid source a lot cheaper than the industrial process of extracting whey protein. Just thoughts

Butter, beef, bacon and eggs. Don't compromise on the nutrition part - you don't really need anything premade. Well, you can precook the eggs I guess.

A freezer full of beef, venison and lamb. Eggs. Bacon. Homemade jerky & homemade egg bites. Aged cheese. Greek yogurt & raw unpasteurized honey (local is best). Quality bone broth (Kettle & Fire is delicious) if not making your own. & way to go!! 💪😎

Raw ground beef with salt and a little cold pressed organic olive oil tastes delicious. Some beef jerky works well too.

I've been carnivore for a bit more than a year. I've settled into hamburger patties, eggs, bacon, sliced ham, and butter twice a day without snacks. I'm eating enough fat that hunger is controlled and there's no need to snack.
