Any commited daily movement is 100% better than nothing.

Start with something manageable that you'll stick with and keep records.

Add a little each week.

There's no rush. Just make it a daily chore. Like walking your dog.

Body weight squats Are heavenly for making you feel great. My pointers would be make sure you have good mobility. Go into a deep squat and stay there for a 7 count, then up. Do a few, then add some more.
