Simon Dixon knows all the ins and outs of the existing system. In that sense he reminds me of Whitney Webb. The central bankers cannot even fart without Simon and Whitney knowing about it. And despite his previous shitcoinery, IMHO he has been a great influence in the Bitcoin space.
On the other hand, Jeff Booth knows all the ins and outs of the Bitcoin system that is being built right now. And he is great at communicating it to people.
That is why I did not see this great conversation as a huge debate. There were some important differences, but I saw this conversation as complementary. @Simon Dixon explains, perhaps better than anyone else, how rotten the existing system is.
