50 percent of the students in Canada have no internal dialogue. Even as I write this I can hear it in my head. Do people have any capacity to govern themselves?

My model is more complicated. But with 45 minutes per day or so, i think i can get what i need to know. Avoiding news in general is one of the worst choices also
