Added a new product into the shop this morning.
The Maple Crunch #HodlBar
I made these for the farmers market that I was going to attend last saturday, but now I'm stuck with them since my car broke down and is currently at the shop.
What is the Maple Crunch Hodl Bar?
A delicious combination of rich maple sweetness and caramelized pecans, creating layers of flavor and texture.
The pecans are first caramelized with panela (from @Bitcoin Beans) organic maple sugar, and a touch of maple syrup (from @SweetSats). Dates are then blended with vanilla paste (from @Kidwarp’s Vanilla Shop), cinnamon, and sea salt to create the base.
The caramelized pecans are broken down into smaller, crunchier pieces and hand-mixed into the date mixture, creating a satisfying contrast of textures. The mixture is then rolled and compressed by hand, giving the bar its firm, cohesive texture.
Each order includes 2 bars, weighing 2.1 oz each.
I find it really cool to be working with some nostr merchants for my product, and cant thank them enough for what they do.
